What this endpoint does: ADAM builds a semantic coverage map across workflows and Views, then highlights weakly modeled, unbound, or contradictory state handling.

Input: Provide the relevant Nodes, Views, bindings, and optional implementation evidence.

Output: Returns missing-state findings and a coverage heatmap grouped by workflow, View, Node, and risk.

Human review: Confirm which states are applicable. ADAM should not require irrelevant states simply to maximize a score.
