Model Mode

Model Mode is where you describe product meaning as semantic nodes. Use it for workflows, screens, business objects, decisions, rules, tasks, and product structure.

Work with the model canvas

• Pan with Spacebar + drag or middle mouse + drag.

• Zoom with Command + = and Command + -.

• Reset zoom with Command + 0.

• Select nodes on the canvas or from the sidebar.

Create model objects

• Press N for a Node.

• Press G for a Section.

• Press S for a Sticky Note.

After choosing a creation tool, click the canvas to create the object. New nodes enter title-edit mode after creation.

What a node stores

A node can store a name, body, semantic type, input, output, context, state, permissions, rules, Markdown description, geometry, color, and relationships.
